In order to start a fat loss program and stick with it, you must be determined to not fail. There are ways to do this while choosing the right program that will help you lose weight and shed fat now.
First, make the decision to lose weight now. Write down a four week plan, make your shopping list and go for it. Do not wait. Once you have written down your plan be sure you make it a program.
Your plan should include an eating plan, and exercise guide and tips that you know will keep you motivated. You are undertaking a big task to lose fat. Success needs a plan with goals. Make your goals known.
Find what exercise will work for your lifestyle. Do you want to be outdoors? Do you want to be around other people? You can even use exercise to make friends by joining a gym and going to an exercise class on a regular basis. No matter what you do, make it fun so you stick with it.
Some people know they will not have the time, money or motivation to go to a gym or the local park. If that sounds like you, then try purchasing a variety of exercise dvd’s. As you create your program, find recipes that you like. Make a scrapbook with these using pictures that will entice you to cook. Or make a file with recipe cards if that is your thing. Either way, make something that you can look at.
Having this type of visual can help make your program easier. The pictures and ideas can be motivating and look especially tasty when you are hungry.
Again - plan out your program. Some people prefer to make their plan for three or four days at a time to ensure purchasing fresh vegetables. Do anything you can to help yourself by planning ahead. Cook ahead of time, bag and freeze meals, wash and cut all fruits and vegetables right away.
Make sure your program has motivational tips that work for you. Think about what your motivation is for losing fat. Do you want to look better in a swimsuit? Get pictures of that swimsuit and put them in your scrap book or recipe box. Do you want to look hot in jeans? Get a picture of someone who looks hot already and put your face over theirs. Then put this picture where you can see it every day.

Maybe reading helps take your mind off things, then treat yourself to a couple of good books. Whatever works for you, write it in your journal, or plan so you can use them when you need to.
No matter what you do for your fat loss program, do something every day. Do not give up. Think about this - if you started a year ago and stuck with it, where would you be today? You would not care about missing that treat but you sure would be happy with the way you look!
