There are only a few secrets to losing belly fat quickly. A proper nutrition plan, also known as your diet and a solid specific exercise plan. Without these 2 components you’ll never get the results you are looking for, I guarantee it.
Here’s what I found works the quickest for fat loss: Eating right. Exercise can never beat a bad diet, period. If you eat the wrong foods you’ll never see the results you are looking for. The first step is to clean up your diet and start eating the right kinds of foods at the right time intervals.
I normally eat 5-7 meals per day, but that’s with protein shakes, fruits and snacks included. Your smaller meals should be mainly consisting of lean meat, vegetables and healthy fats.
The second thing you need to look at is your training program. Are you even in one? If not, get into exercise immediately. There are so many ways to train and many work, but the best that I’ve personally found to work is high intense training.
When I work out I strength train 3 times per week in order to build muscle mass and also keep the muscle mass I have when dieting. I also like to add cardio to my routine and I suggest you do this as well. This kind of training program and diet advice is what puts your fat loss into overdrive and it really works too!
