One of the most important aspects when you’re trying to gain that six pack abs body is trying to lose a significant amount of body fats so that those abdominal muscles can show through.
However, those very stomach fats are also the hardest area for you to shred fats because that is the way your body are meant to work. Your body store fats because they have to prepare you for days where you might not be eating enough, and thus converting those fats into energy for you. When I mentioned diet, I did not meant that you should just stop eating, in fact doing so can quickly dampen or slow down your fats burning process because your body will do everything it can to stop you from shredding too much fats.
What you need to do instead is to find out what your daily caloric requirements are, and simply take 15% off what it would take to maintain your current body weight. There are online tools which can help you identify it, and thus subtracting that amount will be just enough for you to lose weight, while not triggering a reaction from your body to protect the fats.
Another important thing about eating is to have more regular meal instead of your conventional 3 meals a day, this way your body’s metabolism rate can work even faster and on a more regular basis. It won’t be long before you start noticing the differences in your body.
As mentioned, you should also be practicing cardiovascular workouts on a daily basis to help burn fats faster. These exercises will elevate your heart rate and make your body work faster, exercises like kickboxing, swimming, running or any outdoor sports are generally considered as fats burning exercises.
That being said, some cardio workout are higher intensity than others and as such you want to make sure that you incorporate high intensity and low intensity workout instead of just exclusively selecting to do one. Plan at least 3 high intensity workouts in a week and fill the rest with lower intensity workout, this way you won’t be wear out and can perform these fats burning exercises on a daily basis.
