You will begin to feel the unpleasant effect these kinds of eating plans have on your body and chances are you will not stick to it. The weight loss will then be temporary because quite frankly, your body cannot handle that kind of eating. The correct diet, which should be more of a lifestyle, is more beneficial because it is easier to stick you and your body will thank you.

You should be eating unrefined foods as much as possible. Brown rice and whole wheat pastas are better choices. Unrefined usually contain more natural fiber which not only aids digestion but also keeps you feeling satisfied for longer. There is no harm to having a small treat every now and again. If you do not allow yourself a chocolate or a bit of ice cream you could end up overdoing it.
