Inversion moves - this is the way you hold the pole. The way you hold it is inverted that way you get a better grip and have more comfort for the moves you do. These moves have different styles such as back bend, sliding dismount, salsa twist, open v inverted snake move, open side v, and hand stand pole.

Leg hook moves - this is using the power of your legs to do these moves. It helps improve your legs flexibility and strength.
