It Is Day 20: Individuals Are Following Chad On The HCG Diet In Seattle, Wa

Many of you have been “following” Chad for some time now. You have been returning to read the next day’s notes and see if Chad did a good job. You enjoy seeing when he drops a lb. or so. You like to listen to what he did in a rough spot. You enjoy hearing how he discovered why he did not lose a lb. or so. But there’s something that some of you should know.

Chad’s weight loss adventure is also available by video. Articles aren’t the only way to “watch” Chad. There are people all over the place interested in Chad’s prgress. Chad’s more accessible now than he has ever been.

Some of us still prefer an article, but there are definitely those who really just want a quick video blip. But for you readers out there..no worries! Chad’s HCG diet progress is still available here. Today, on Day 20, he weighed 225.5 pounds. He’s down another half a pound. Yeah! He’s on track and headed in the right direction.

And do you know why I say that he’s back on track? It’s because Chad has now officially dropped back below his “pre-move” weight. If you missed that part of Chad’s HCG dieting journey I’ll fill you in. Chad was doing great. And then he had a big disruption…he and his family packed up and moved! That’s a rough one to handle on the HCG diet even if you’re ultra prepared. And Chad did not prepare. And he reaped the consequences. He gained weight. And that’s a harsh punishment after all the hard work that has gone into the diet.

Chad is not back on the diet and doing what he needs to be doing. Chad said, “Well it’s not a full pound but I’ll take half a pound.” His pre-move weight was 226 pounds and he’s below that. (He’s started using it as a benchmark in the last few days). He feels good. He also feels like he is starting to show the weight loss that he’s been showing on paper. His clothes are bit loser and his belt has definiely had to see some adjustments.

Chad said, “The food part of the diet is critical. The pocket guide is the HCG dieter’s food bible and you have to follow it exactly.”

Common HCG Diet Cheats: Some Are Better Than Others

Are you on the HCG Diet? Have you heard about it at least? Most people have. It’s one of the most effective means of drastic weight loss available. It’s very beneficial in many instances because weight is so closely related to so many aspects of an individual’s health.

Many people are aware of the possibilities advantages of weight loss and they are turning to the HCG diet for help. Programers are kept to a 500 calorie program. It is tough. No one will argue that point. The list of approved foods is extremely short. And many find the 500 calorie limit shocking. Portion sizes are regulated exactly as well.

So how to dieters make it “easier” to complete the program? Many are coming up with HCG diet cheats. This, of course, will lower your weight loss potential. The program was designed for weight loss and making exceptions to the rules will decrease the weight loss potential. There are basically two things to remember when it comes to cheating on the HCG diet:

1. If you don’t cheat you’ll lose more weight.

2. If you are going to cheat…be smart about it.

So it’s your decision. You will absolutely drop more weight if you do not cheat at all; never forget that.

Now that we’re clear on that…if you ARE going to go ahead and cheat then choose one of the HCG diet cheats that is the least intrusive to the protocol. If you are trying to decide between a 10 calorie Jello cup and a piece of lava filled chocolate cake that is probably 1500 calories…go for the Jello. It will have less of a negative effect on your program.

It Is Day 21 For Chad And Still…No Need For The HCG Shot For Weight Loss

Today’s entry is dedicated to Chad’s brother, Seth. Chad just wanted to make sure Seth got a mention by name because Seth was so adamant in his insistence that Chad wouldn’t be able to lose any weight using the homeopathic HCG diet. He actualy went so far as to make a bet with Chad that before the end of the diet Chad would resort to the HCG shot for weight loss in order to make his VLCD dieting worth the effort.

And, again, Chad’s little brother was just….oh…so wrong! Chad says it happens ALL the time. And in less than a week Seth will owe Chad $50. That’s what happens when you put your money where you mouth is and you’re a big, BIG talker like Chad’s brother.

Chad has not turned to the HCG shot for weight loss. He hasn’t even thought about it. There’s been no need! So far he is meeting the average weight loss numbers that are promoted by the majority of HCG-shot-for-weight-loss providers simply by sticking to the protocol for his chosen homeopathic program.

On the mornign of day 21 Chad got on the scale like normal. And he was down to 224 pounds. He’s excited about his continued weight loss.

Chad’s feeling good. He said, “I only all of you coudl feel how I feel today…you’d be amazed. I’m at 224 pounds and I am so excited about it. This diet is the bomb!”

Chad’s eating habits have changed drastically. He’s accustomeed to the more healthy eating options that the diet taught him to stick to. He’s accustomed to eating a lot less as well. He really learned to enjoy trying new recipes from the recipe guide. They offer a lot of variety as well as being a healthy option. His clothes are starting to fall off, too. That’s what happens when you lose drastic weight. You have to go shopping! Chad’s gearing up for a shopping trip when he’s finished dieting.

There are just a few days left on the VLCD. Then Chad will move on to the maintenance phase. He’ll get to add a lot more calories to the day, but he’ll still have to follow the rules. He’s feeling great and confident in his ability to eat right and stick to the rules.

When asked which part of the diet was the hardest Chad said that it was the cold turkey lack of food. It took him a few days to get used to. He thinks that most dieters will find it difficult to cut their portion sizes down so drastically all at once. But he also thinks that most dieters will find that they are fine with the calorie limitations/portion sizes after only a few days.

Day 14 For Chad: He’s On The HCG Weight Loss Diet

Chad is simply an ordinary man. This ordinary man came to the decision that he had bit by bit gained weight throughout his adult life until he was at a weight that was not healthy. Being either overweight or obese really escalates your risks for many common illnesses and diseases. It also drops the chances that someone will lead an active life.

In some cases all that is necessary is the choice to eat healthy and get more exercise and general activity. In some cases all that is necessary is for a dieter or potential dieter to come to realize that they are consuming enough for three or four people. They just adjust their portion sizes. In other cases people make the decision to eat at home more frequently; cutting back on “eating dinner out.” In some cases people just start using more healthy food preparation techniques. But according to statistics…these normal, everyday “dieting” techniques just don’t cut it for a lot of people.

On Day Eighteen Chad Relishes No HCG Weight Loss Shots Requirements

Nobody enjoys the idea of going through numerous HCG weight loss shots. So can you do the HCG weight loss protocol without them? You absolutely can. On the morning of Day Eighteen Chad got on the scale to weight again, as is required every morning while he’s on the HCG diet. To put it simply…Chad cheated and as a consequence he gained 4 lbs. He went from 226 lbs to 230 lbs. A day of HCG approved living and dieting later Chad lost 2 1/2 lbs. That’s awesome! He’s feeling much better. Actually he says he’s feeling great again and that he’s more pumped than ever to keep going and make it to the end of the diet successfully.

After the recent move…Chad and his entire family are still living out of boxes. It always takes a little while to get settled into a new spot.
