Also, make sure you are wearing appropriate exercise attire and allow yourself time to get ready. This preparation period will make you feel ready to begin doing your exercises.

The only thing that exercise requires is full physical effort, so amuse yourself with some music or watch television while you workout. Focusing all your attention on the activity you are doing will become boring very quickly and therefore, will make you less motivated to continue your exercise program.

Try to find someone who will be able to provide you with positive encouragement. It can be challenging to stick to an exercise program when you are all alone.
