The fact is most runners run on autopilot and are unconscious as they run. This means their run is mechanical and ego driven. To get the runners high it is advisable to run like a child. Run without using your head, logic or the ego. And to accomplish this you need to run without an objective in mind. Then and only then will the runners high be reached. If you look at children you will see that they run loosely, they have no method to their runs and so it is mindless. If you run this way the runner high will be at your calling
