Everyone knows that five minutes of fitness is not enough for a cardiovascular workout or enough to learn karate online, so what is the point? Most people don’t want to commit to a 30 minute exercise routine while they are sitting at their computer, but five minutes, why not? The logic behind this is five minutes is nothing, that is too easy! In this article I will explain why five minutes of fitness will make you feel better fast! I will also explain why those first minutes are crucial for you to build a life long habit.

This exercise routine was created to get you up, get you moving, and get your blood flowing. Once you begin exercising and your body starts moving you start to feel better quickly. Your body’s natural endorphins begin working and before you know it, you feel awesome. On the mental side of it, when you take into consideration, only five minutes and you’ll feel better, it really is a risk most people are willing to take.
The next question is how much Karate can I really learn in five minutes? The best part is you will learn a variety of techniques in just 5 minutes. From there if you want to become proficient with those techniques, then it’s essential that you practice them on a daily basis. Take the jab for instance, boxers throw that punch countless times to develop power and speed, you can too.
The hardest step of any workout routine is the first one. After you take this step and your feeling good don’t sit back down! Use this to go for a walk, bike ride, swimming, or any other exercise you enjoy doing. It’s much easier to get motivated to workout once your already feeling great. Spending just a few minutes each day going through some sort of exercise routine will become a habit. Once you have established that habit try adding just a couple minutes to your routine each week. Before you know it, you will have picked up the exercise habit and it will have all started by committing to just one 5 minute workout!
