Hello,
Just want to say thanks. Your program is great. Like you said, it doesn't beat
around the bush like many other magazines and books that simply bore me during
the first sentence.
Of course yours wasn't like that. Plus it was actually very
informative. I was very glad to see that you had also responded to one of my
questions.
3 things I liked:
1. Very specific.
2. Told me exactly what to do.
3. Showed me that it's not how many calories I eat but what I eat.

Here are some things I like about The Weight Loss Grail:
- You get right to the point. As you said, you use 10 words instead of a 100.
- You explained things in a very good and understandable way.
- I believe what is written in your e-book is exact.
- I also learned from your e-book that I could eat things that other diets say
I can't.
I want to say you have a very good program and I have told all my friends about it...

The reference to certain fruit and vegetables actually burning more calories
to digest than what is gained by eating them is somewhat of a new concept - thus,
an excellent point to be shared with anyone who tries to lose weight.

"The most revealing and entertaining dieting book that I've ever read..."
When I first looked at the eBook, I
was like 'Whoa, it's most likely going to be extremely boring.'
Well, I started reading it and within
the first few sentences I found that it was a good read. It was not boring in
the least. I loved how it made me feel like I was reading a book, even though
it is a book. :).
I also love how it made you sound like
a normal person which you hopefully are. Just reading it was amazing because
it seems like it really helps and I learned a lot of things about my body. Sarcasm
is always a must and you use it a lot. I mean that in the best possible way.
I didn't know that starving makes you
lose muscles and not fat. Losing muscle is sad. When you kept repeating over
and over to eat 6 small meals, I was like ew. Then I saw what you meant by it.
I like the joking around. It made me
connect with you and the book. I liked how you also put in others people's questions.
Some of the questions they asked, I needed answers to and I got them.

This ebook is tremendous...
This information is concise, gets right
to the point and easy to understand.
Anyone who has ever researched health
issues at all can just look at this and see that it will work before even trying
it. In a nutshell, you gave us the key.
Most people want concise, workable
solutions and might give up 50 pages into a book that has not yet addressed
many of their questions.
Also, I like your simple, not overwhelming,
approach to an issue which for many of us has been very complex, overwhelming
and difficult to understand.

Hi,
Just want to give you a progress report.
I have been following your plan for several weeks now and am amazed at how effective
it is. I feel very healthy, much more relaxed, my clothes are fitting more loosely,
I am sleeping better, and I am not hungry.
Also, I have always had a serious problem
with heavy sweating especially now when it is 95 degrees and humid, and that
problem seems to have gone away the past few days.
I have also stopped taking
an antidepressant I was unable to go without previously and don't seem to need
it. I do keep it close at hand and know to get right back on it should symptoms
return.

"A Simple
Plan That Works For Simple People..."
I have just gone into your book and
I must say YOU are right: it's a simple plan that works for simple people.
After one quick look I said to my self "It's not for me, it's too complicated
with all that proteins and carbs and fats."
I put away the book for a day or two, then I felt guilty for not even trying
to find out what was about. Little by little I discovered an interesting guide
for every day life whether you are an overweight person or a normal person.
